Sending Diwali home: ordering for your family in India from abroad
3 min read · Updated 09 Oct 2026
You live abroad and want something from you on your family's door this Diwali. This guide covers how ordering on WhatsApp works, a message you can copy, our hours in your time zone, when to order, and what to pick for whom.
How it works
- Pick the pieces on our Festive & Pooja page. Every piece shows its price in rupees, GST included.
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63531 35986 with the pieces and your family's address in India.
- We send the parcel to their door, anywhere in India.
If you want the pieces with you abroad instead, say so in the same chat and we arrange a courier with you.
You do not need an account, and you can order a single pair.
A message you can copy
Paste this into WhatsApp and fill in the brackets:
Hello Tirth Enterprise. I would like to send these to my family in India for Diwali: [piece name] x [how many], [piece name] x [how many]. Address: [name, house, street, city, pincode]. Phone in India: [number]. Needed by: [date].
A screenshot of each piece page works just as well as typing the names.
Our hours in your time zone
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 8:30 PM India time, and closed on Sunday. You can send your message at any hour. In the weeks before Diwali, our hours fall at these times:
- London: 5:30 AM to 4 PM until Saturday 24 October, then 4:30 AM to 3 PM once the clocks go back
- Dubai: 8:30 AM to 7 PM
- New York and Toronto: 12:30 AM to 11 AM until Saturday 31 October, then 11:30 PM (the evening before) to 10 AM
- Sydney and Melbourne: 3:30 PM to 2 AM (the next morning)
When to order
Diwali is on Sunday 8 November 2026, and Dhanteras is two days earlier, on Friday 6 November. Most families have the door cleaned and dressed by Dhanteras, so aim for the parcel to land in the week before it.
Courier times inside India vary by city, and a parcel abroad takes longer. Put the date you need in the first message.
What to pick, by who it is for
For your parents' front door. A Shubh-Labh pair is the piece they will see every time they come home. The Patola Shubh-Labh pair with pearl drops (₹249) and the Kundan teardrop Shubh-Labh with pearl tassels (₹289) are the dressiest. Every pair is priced for both pieces.
For the family mandir. The Lakshmi-Ganesh-Saraswati temple box (₹450) puts the three together in a gold-finish temple with a wooden-look case. Lakshmi and Ganesh are worshipped together on Diwali night, which makes it a natural gift for a home puja.
For a brother or sister setting up their own home. The Ganesh pocket temple, gift box (₹450) comes in a wooden-look gift box, ready to hand over.
For yourself, abroad. The pocket temples with charan paduka are small and boxed, with a lid that closes with a magnet, so they travel well. Hanuman and Krishna are ₹249 each.
For every aunt on the list. The Diya-motif Shubh-Labh with pearl drop is ₹159 for the pair, and the Kundan flower Shubh-Labh rounds are ₹199.
