Data & Account Deletion

You are in control of your data. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time. This page explains exactly what happens, and lets you send a request.

How to request deletion

Choose whichever is easiest:

• This form (below) — recommended; it logs your request directly.
• In the mobile app (when launched) — Account → Delete account.
• WhatsApp or email — message +91 63531 35986 on WhatsApp, or email thetirthenterprise@gmail.com.

What we delete

On a verified request we permanently delete: your profile (business & contact details), your uploaded visiting-card image, your saved favourites, your cart, your login credentials, and other personal data tied to your account.

What we must keep (and why)

Indian tax law requires us to retain invoice and transaction records for a set period (generally up to eight years). Where an order was invoiced, we retain the minimum legally-required record for that period and then delete it. We keep nothing beyond what the law requires.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We’ll verify your identity first (using your registered phone/email) to make sure no one else can delete your data.
