How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@testationery.in from the contact details on your account. We action requests within 7 working days.
What gets deleted
Your visiting-card photo, contact name, email, password, saved products, cart, restock requests and notifications are permanently erased.
What we must keep
If you have placed orders, tax law requires us to retain the invoice records. In that case we anonymise your account — your personal contact details are erased and only the business name and invoice records the law requires are kept.
