Mystery scoop stationery, wholesale by the case
A mystery scoop needs many designs and only a few pieces of each, and we sell by the case. The two fit together better than they first look, as long as you pick cases that split well and plan your first order by budget.

Scoop stock, by the case
How mystery scoop sellers buy stock: one case is one design, so three cases fill a jar with three designs and every scoop comes out different.
What happens in it, step by stepWhy a case still works for a scoop
Scoop selling runs on variety. Your buyers on a live want every scoop to turn up something a little different, and a case holds a single design, which sounds like the opposite. In practice one case never goes into one scoop. You spread it across many scoops, one or two pieces at a time, mixed in with pieces from the other cases you bought.
Every design we list is sold as a full case, and each product page prints how many pieces that case holds. Across the current range a case holds anywhere from 12 to 60 pieces. Designs mix freely in one order, so ten cases can be ten different designs in your jar from the first live.
Which cases split well
The biggest cases in our range belong to the small, low-cost pieces, and that suits a scoop. The fast-food eraser comes 60 to a case, the airplane eraser 54, the French fries eraser 50 and the spaceman eraser 48. You can drop one of these into every scoop without the cost of the scoop running away from you.
Pens and mechanical pencils mostly come 36 to a case: 10-colour pens, maze pens, LED pens that light up, and pencils in panda, sea animal and fast-food designs. A pen or pencil works as the piece that makes a scoop feel worth its price, so one per scoop is usually plenty.
Pencil boxes, stationery sets and many of the marker and highlighter sets come 12 to a case. Twelve does not stretch far, so keep these for prizes, for a higher-priced scoop, or for an occasional lucky-dip prize.
A starting mix, by share of budget
There is no correct split, and your own buyers will teach you more in three lives than we can on a page. If you want a place to start, try this and adjust it: about half the budget on small erasers and sharpeners, around a third on pens and pencils, and the rest on highlighter sets, markers or one pencil box design to give away as the prize in a few scoops.
Spread the eraser money over several designs rather than one big one. The food shapes (fries, cookie, bread, chocolate, pizza, chips) look good tumbled together in a jar, and the vehicle and space erasers give you something for the buyers who are not into food shapes.
Know your cost per piece before you set a scoop price. As an example only: say the eight pieces in one scoop cost you ₹60 between them. Your price then has to cover that ₹60, the bag or box, any courier you absorb, and the odd piece that breaks or never sells.
Orders start at ₹2,500, so plan the first order on paper before you open the cart. Our starter mix guide goes through a first order case by case, and the scoop pricing guide shows the cost sum in more detail.
Restocking after a live sells out
A good live can empty your jar of one design in an evening. Before you promise a repeat, check that design's product page. If it shows as sold out with us too, use the restock request on that page and we will tell you when it is back.
A reorder works the same way as your first order: full cases, any mix of designs, prices ex-warehouse Rajkot with GST and freight on top. You hear the freight figure before paying, the cases travel on your transporter, and the LR receipt we send lets you track them.
Keep a short note after each live of which designs went first. Reordering those together as one order is easier to track than three small ones, and it stops your next jar from filling up with the designs nobody reached for.
Registering as a scoop seller
You do not need a GST number or a physical shop to buy from us. Register with your business name, city and pincode, and add a link to your Instagram page as proof. A visiting card photo or a shop board photo works too. We usually approve within a day, and prices show once you are approved.
Without a GSTIN you pay the same wholesale rate as everyone else; you just cannot claim input credit. Most of the people registering with us right now run mystery scoops, gift boxes or aesthetic Instagram shops, so a scoop page is a normal application for us.
Common questions
Can I buy 5 or 10 pieces of a design to test it in my scoops?
No. We sell full cases only, and we do not break cases or send samples. If you want to test cheaply, choose designs with a 12-piece case, such as the pizza or chips eraser or one of the mini highlighter sets.
Do you sell ready-made scoop packs or assorted mixes?
No. Each case holds one design, and you build the mix yourself from the designs you pick. That takes more thought at the start, and it also means your jar reflects your own taste rather than an assorted bag that other sellers bought too.
I only sell on Instagram live. Can I still register?
Yes. Give your Instagram page link as proof when you register, along with your business name, city and pincode. You do not need a shop address or a GSTIN.
How do I know my cost per piece before I order?
Once we approve you, prices show on every product page next to the case size, so you can see what each piece and each whole case costs you before you order. Your cost per piece is the number to price your scoops from.
