Aesthetic stationery wholesale for Instagram shops
On an aesthetic Instagram page, buyers decide from the photo. We carry part of what a pastel, Pinterest-style shop needs, and we would rather tell you which part than have you find out when the carton arrives.

One background, every photo
For Instagram and Pinterest-style shops: shoot all your stock on one card and the grid reads as one shop. Real stock from our Rajkot warehouse.
What happens in it, step by stepWhat buyers mean by aesthetic stationery
People use the word for a look: soft pastel colours, small sizes, rounded shapes, food and animal designs, pieces that sit well in a flat-lay photo. It says nothing about brand or country. A pen counts as aesthetic if it looks right in a picture next to a coffee mug and a notebook. The pieces that suit it are the ones you can recognise from a thumbnail: a fruit-themed highlighter, an eraser that looks like a biscuit.
We are an importer and wholesaler in Rajkot buying from manufacturers in China, and some of our range fits that look well. Some of it does not. The space erasers and the sports maze pens were made for a school counter, and they will look out of place in a pastel grid.
What in our range photographs well
Mini highlighter sets are the easiest place to start. They come as six-colour sets, in pastel shades or with a fruit theme. They line up neatly and show their colour clearly on a phone camera, and one set makes a sensible single listing.
Food erasers come next. The cookie, bread, chocolate, pizza and fries erasers read as tiny food in a photo, and they look better in twos and threes than alone. The cute bear sharpener and the avocado 4-colour pen fit the same small, cute style.
For something bigger at the centre of a shot, look at the candy-flavour marker set, the glitter markers and the LCD drawing boxes. The 10-colour pens with cat and dog designs sit between the small pieces and the big ones.
What we do not carry
We do not stock washi tape, sticker sheets, journals, notebooks or memo pads, and we do not carry Korean-brand gel pens. For many aesthetic shops those are core products, so you will need a second supplier for them. Better you read that here than register expecting them.
If you sell paper goods too, plan for two suppliers: one for paper and stickers, and one like us for the highlighters, markers, food erasers and character pens that sit on top of the paper in your photos.
Selling it on Instagram
Shoot everything on the same background. A plain pastel card, a light wooden board or a white sheet all work, as long as you use the same one every time. When every photo in the grid shares a background, the page looks like a shop; when every photo has a different table, it looks like a clearance sale.
Show the piece in a hand. A mini highlighter or a food eraser is small, and a buyer cannot judge size from a product shot on a plain card. One photo in a hand saves you a run of messages asking how big it is.
Bundle rather than listing single pieces. A highlighter set with two food erasers and a pen makes a gift-sized parcel, it lifts what each order is worth to you, and a bundle is harder for a buyer to price-check against another page than a single pen. Our phone photography guide covers light and angles in more detail.
Write captions that say what the piece is and what it does: a six-colour mini highlighter set, an eraser shaped like a cookie, a pen with four colours in one. Someone scrolling fast should be able to tell what the item is from the first line.
Your first order from us
Choose the colours before the products. If your page is soft and pastel, start from the pastel mini highlighters and build around them with pieces that sit quietly beside them, such as the cookie and bread erasers and the cute bear sharpener. The glitter and acrylic markers suit a brighter page, and mixing both looks in your first week makes the grid harder to read.
Then check the case sizes. Five or six designs at 12 to 36 pieces each give you enough stock to photograph every item properly, post it more than once, and still have pieces in hand when the first orders come in.
Your Instagram page is enough as proof when you register; we look at the page, and we do not need a shop board or a GSTIN. We usually approve within a day, and prices appear after that.
We sell only in full cases, one design to a case, and a case holds between 12 and 60 pieces depending on the product. Many of the highlighter and marker sets come 12 to a case, which keeps a first order across several colours and styles manageable. Orders start at ₹2,500.
Common questions
Do you have washi tape, stickers or journals?
Not at the moment. We stick to writing and colouring pieces: pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, markers, highlighters, pencil boxes and gift sets. Paper goods and stickers will have to come from another supplier.
Are the colours in your photos true to the product?
As close as a photo gets. We shoot each design in our own warehouse when its carton arrives, so you are looking at our stock and not a factory render. Phone screens differ, so a pastel can look a shade lighter or darker on yours than in your hand.
How many designs should a new aesthetic page start with?
We would start with four to six designs in one colour family rather than twelve unrelated ones. A grid that hangs together sells the look, and you learn faster which piece your buyers actually want.
Will other Instagram shops have the same products?
They might. We sell to any approved buyer at the same rate and do not hold designs back for one shop, so another page can buy the same case. What sets your page apart is how you style, photograph and bundle it.
