Chinese stationery wholesale, straight from the importer

Most novelty stationery sold in India is made in China, whatever label it carries in the shop. We buy it from manufacturers there, bring it in ourselves and sell it from our warehouse in Rajkot.

Every carton we import is opened, counted and photographed in our Rajkot warehouse before the design goes on the site.

What happens in it, step by step

Why most novelty stationery comes from China

Novelty stationery needs a mould for every shape, printing for every design, and factories set up to make one design in volume and then switch to the next. China has had that kind of manufacturing in place for a long time, so most fancy and kawaii stationery, in India and elsewhere, starts there.

That includes much of what Indian shops sell as Korean-style or Japanese-style. The name in the shop describes the look; the packet states where it was made.

For a buyer in India, that origin is no mark against a product. What matters is which factory made it and whether anyone checked the carton, and those are the two things we decide on for every design we list.

Importer, market wholesaler or trader

A small Indian seller usually gets China-made stock in one of three ways. You can buy from an importer like us, who buys from the manufacturer and sells to you directly. You can buy in a wholesale market such as Sadar Bazar in Delhi, where many shops sell imported stock side by side. Or you can buy from a trader or distributor who bought from one of the first two.

Each resale usually adds a margin. A market shop may import for itself or may have bought from an importer, and a chain of traders can stack a layer or two on top of that. So an importer is often the cheaper source, though not on every design and not every time.

Markets have real strengths. You can hold the piece before you pay, some shops will sell less than a full case, and you can compare several sellers on one street. If a market near you is cheaper on a design, buy it there. We would rather you bought from us because our rate and our stock suit you.

What we offer instead: one wholesale rate for every approved buyer, stock you can check on the site from your own city, a GST invoice from Rajkot, and delivery on your own transporter anywhere in India.

Some sellers think about importing directly. For a small seller that means finding a factory, meeting its minimum quantity for each design, paying for shipping, customs clearance and duty, registering as an importer, and waiting for the goods to land.

We do that part and break the result down into cases. You can buy twelve pencil boxes or thirty-six pens of one design from stock in Rajkot, instead of a factory's minimum run, and mix many designs in the same order. If you are heading toward importing anyway, buying from us first is a smaller way to learn which designs your buyers want before you commit to a factory minimum.

What we import, and what we check

Before a design appears on the site, someone in our Rajkot warehouse has opened its carton, counted what is inside and photographed it. We list nothing we have not handled, and the photo on the product page is the piece you will receive.

With imported stock that check matters more, because the factory is far away and a short count is slow and costly to argue about after the fact. Catching it in Rajkot is easier for everyone than you catching it in your shop.

Our range covers pens, mechanical pencils, erasers and sharpeners, markers and highlighters, pencil boxes and stationery sets. Inside those: 10-colour and LED pens, push-pull erasers, a 2-in-1 scale and pen, and pencil boxes with a game and lock or a calculator and sharpener.

We do not import paper goods, washi tape or sticker sheets. Every case is a single design, sold whole, and orders start at ₹2,500.

GST invoice, transport and paying

We are a registered importer and wholesaler (GSTIN 24BILPM3469B1ZB), and every order comes with a GST invoice from Rajkot. You do not need a GSTIN to buy. If you have one, it goes on the invoice and you can claim input credit; if you do not, you pay the same rate and simply cannot claim the credit.

Prices are ex-warehouse Rajkot, exclusive of GST and freight. Before you pay, we confirm the freight to your city, so you know the full cost up front. The goods go on your transporter, and we share the LR receipt so you can track the consignment with them directly. If you are near Rajkot, you can collect from the warehouse instead. However many designs you mix, they travel together on one LR.

Common questions

Is Chinese stationery good quality?

It varies by factory and by design, the same as stationery made anywhere. That is why we choose design by design and handle every carton before listing it. The product photo is our own picture of the stock, so you can judge each piece for yourself.

Is it cheaper to buy in Sadar Bazar?

Sometimes, on some designs. Market prices vary from shop to shop and you can bargain; our rate is fixed and the same for everyone. Compare on the designs you actually sell, count the cost of travelling or having goods sent, and buy wherever it works out better.

Do I need an import licence to buy from you?

No. We are the importer and handle customs ourselves. You buy from us inside India, like any other domestic purchase, with a GST invoice.

Will the packaging say Made in China?

Expect it to. Imported packaged goods sold in India have to show their country of origin, so plan your own labels and listings around that.
